Obituary of Oscar Suarez

Oscar Suarez, age 47 of West Berlin, NJ died Saturday, September 13, 2008. Mr. Suarez was born June 10, 1961 at Corazal,Puerto Rico the son of Lorenzo and Santiaga (Robles) Suarez. He was employed as a Professional Boxing Trainer. Some of the fighters he trained were ; Prince Naseem Ahmed, Johnny Tapia and Acelino Freitas. Mr. Suarez was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church, Paterson and Solid Rock Baptist Church, Atco, NJ He is survived by his wife: Maries (Vazquez) Suarez, two daughters: Mariseli Zambrana, Yvonne Saurez and four sons: Oscar Suarez, Jr., Anthony Suarez, Joehan Suarez, Jeremy Suarez, His parents; Lorenzo and Santiaga (Robles) Suarez, his sisters: Carmen Alicea, Madelyn Naravaez, Elba Suarez, Isabel Suarez, Norma Iris Suarez , his brothers: Josian Alicea, Angel Alicea, Justino Alicea, Elmo Suarez, Jose Suarez and thirteen grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 5pm - 9pm at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. The funeral will be Thursday at 10:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.
