Obituary of Alyssa Marie Bernhard Schmidt

Schmidt, Alyssa Marie Bernhard, age 20, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 28, 2016. Born in Paterson, NJ, she moved to Wayne 6 years ago. Alyssa was employed at Munchy's in Wayne. She attended Fortis College and Institutions and was a 2014 graduate of Wayne Valley High School. She was a loving daughter, wonderful niece and cousin and a loyal friend. Beloved daughter of Susan Schmidt and Angelo Bernhard. Dear sister of Andrew Bernhard. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Eva and John Schmidt, and her paternal grandfather Anton Bernhard. She is also survived by her paternal grandmother, Rose Bernhard, as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. Funeral from DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ on Saturday, June 4 at 9 AM. Funeral Liturgy at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 10 AM. Interment, Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Friday, June 3 from 2 -4 & 7-9 PM. .
