Louisa Threlfall, age 96, of Haledon died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at home in Haledon. Louisa was born April 11, 1918 in Paterson, NJ. She is the daughter of the late James and Levenia Young.
She was a self employed dressmaker.
She was a member of Friends of the Haledon Library.
She is survived by her son: Raymond Threlfall and his wife Marie of West Milford, NJ, her nephews; Richard Verbeke and James Pavone and her niece Sharon Curving. She is also survived by her step grandchildren; Dennis Camporeale and his wife Joey, Paul Camporeale and his wife Kitimma, Michael Camporeale and four step great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Aaron W. "Bill" Threlfell and her sisters, Edith Verbeke, and Ruth Pavone.
The funeral will be held 8:00 pm on Thursday evening, September 25 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home.
Visiting hours will be Thursday, September 25 from 6-8 PM.
