Obituary of William Tesauro

William Tesauro, age 92, of Paterson died Monday, August 18, 2014 at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home in Edison, NJ. William was born September 25, 1921 in Paterson, NJ. He lived in Paterson his entire life. He served in the Army during World War II. He worked at Singer - Kearfott , Little Falls NJ as a Electronic Technician for 30 years and retired 1986. He was a member of V.F.W. Post 281, Fair Lawn, NJ, American Legion Post No. 171, Fair Lawn, NJ, North Haledon U.N.I.C.O. and St. Anthony's R.C. Church, Paterson, NJ. He is survived by his wife: Frances (Gagliardi) Tesauro , his daughter: Marina Bradle and her husband Harry of Barnegat, NJ and his son: William A. Tesauro and his wife Ellen of Wayne, NJ. He is also survived by his brother : Mike Tesauro of Haledon, NJ and his four grandchildren; Dean Bradle, Greg Bradle, William S. Tesauro and Meghan Marchi and seven great grandchildren.. He was predeceased by his brothers, Carl Tesauro and Arthur Tesauro. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 am on Friday, August 22 at St. Gerard's R.C. Church, West Broadway, Paterson, NJ. Burial will be in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Visiting hours will be Thursday, August 21 from 4-8pm at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ.
