Obituary of Gerard P. Wortmann

Gerard P. Wortmann, age 54, of Paterson, NJ died Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson. Gerard was born September 16, 1959 in Hoboken, NJ. He is the son of the late Charles A. and the late Gladys (McGrath) Wortmann. He lived in Nutley, NJ before moving to Paterson in 2004. He was a Metrologist and was employed by Zimmer TMT in Parsippany, NJ for the past 15 years. He is survived by his wife: Mary Lou (Macolino) Wortmann ; His sisters: Elizabeth Ryerson and her husband Donald of San Francisco, CA and Joan Migliaccio and her husband Frank of Bergenfield, NJ and his brother: Charles Wortmann and his wife Barbaraof Sparta, NJ. He is also sisters-in-law, Sal Ann DeStefano and Antoinette Danner and her husband Steven and his brother-in-law, Salvatore Macolino and his wife Joanne. and many nieces and nephews, grand nieces & grand nephews. He was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Michele Duff. The funeral will be held 7:00 pm on Sunday, August 17 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Cremation is private. Visiting hours will be Sunday, August 17 from 3-7 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Memorial gifts to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place.
